Customer artwork

You may upload artwork to LeeshDezynes for the purpose of creating personalised products, including photographs, logos, illustrations, text, graphics, SVG files, PNG files, JPEG files and other supported formats.

Your rights to artwork

By submitting artwork to us, you confirm that you have the legal right or permission necessary to reproduce it for the requested purpose.

You should not submit material merely because it can be found online. Availability on the internet does not automatically mean that material is free to reproduce commercially.

Third-party intellectual property

You should obtain appropriate permission before asking us to reproduce third-party trademarks, company logos, photographs, illustrations, copyrighted characters, sports logos, music artwork, brand designs or other protected material.

We may ask for evidence of permission where appropriate.

Licence to produce your order

You retain ownership of rights you hold in your original artwork. By uploading artwork, you give LeeshDezynes limited permission to store it, process it, resize or position it as required by your design, generate proofs and previews, and reproduce it on the products you order.

This permission is for operating the service and fulfilling your order. We do not acquire ownership of your artwork merely because you upload it.

Portfolio and marketing use

We will not treat your uploaded artwork as permission to use a customer's personalised design for unrelated advertising.

Where we wish to feature identifiable customer work in our portfolio, social media or marketing, we will obtain appropriate permission where required.

Prohibited artwork

We may refuse to produce material where we reasonably believe doing so would breach applicable law, infringe intellectual-property rights, facilitate fraud, unlawfully defame another person, breach another person's privacy rights or expose LeeshDezynes to legal liability.

Print quality

For best results, customers should use good-quality source artwork. Where relevant, we may recommend high-resolution raster images at approximately 300 DPI at the intended print size, vector artwork for logos, transparent backgrounds where appropriate and suitable colour preparation.

Actual requirements vary by product and printing method.

Resolution warnings

The online designer may provide an estimated image-quality warning based on factors such as source pixels and intended print dimensions. Such warnings are guidance rather than a guarantee of production quality.

If you choose to proceed after a clear low-resolution warning, the resulting softness or pixelation may reflect the quality of the source artwork. This does not excuse a separate production error by LeeshDezynes.

RGB, CMYK and screen colour

Computer and mobile displays generally represent colour differently from physical printing processes. A browser preview should not be treated as an exact colour-calibrated production proof, and reasonable production variation may occur.

If precise colour matching is essential for a business order, contact us before ordering so that appropriate production arrangements can be discussed.

Print boundaries

The design studio may show printable areas, safe areas, product views and artwork boundaries. Customers should position important text, logos and images within the permitted print area.

We may contact you if we identify an obvious production issue.

Proof approval

Your approved proof is the primary visual record of the customisation you authorised. Once approved, you should not assume that subsequent changes to a saved design will alter an existing order — completed orders retain their own approved design snapshot.

Replacement artwork

If an artwork issue is identified, you may be able to submit replacement artwork from your order page. Previous artwork may be retained as part of the order history for legitimate operational, dispute-resolution and record-keeping purposes.
