Orders
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and, for personalised products, once you have approved your proof. We may contact you if artwork cannot be produced as supplied.
Personalised products
Personalised and made-to-order items are produced to your approved proof. Please check spelling, colours, sizes and positioning before approving.
Pricing
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is calculated at checkout. Quotations for bulk and bespoke work are valid for the period stated on the quotation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Full legal wording is maintained by the business and will be published here.
